Art Exhibition Honors Morocco in Bordeaux

An art exhibition honoring Morocco by French painter Hélène Dubourg opened last Thursday evening at the Halle des Chartrons in Bordeaux,France, in the presence of several personalities.

Through this exhibition featuring some forty paintings, including semi-abstract portraits, Dubourg, a graduate of the Fine Arts School of Bordeaux, illustrates the natural and cultural beauty of Morocco and Marrakech more particularly.

On this occasion, distinguished guests such as Jean Claude Gautron, professor emeritus at the Academy of Bordeaux, highlighted the profound positive changes underway in Morocco, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, making it one of the most creative countries in the continent.

The pioneering role of Morocco in Africa and the leading role it plays in stabilizing its sub-region were also highlighted at the exhibition's opening ceremony, which took place in the presence of Morocco's Consul General in Bordeaux, Ahmed Nouri Salimi.
