The Palestinian President's Advisor for Religious Affairs, Mahmoud El Habach, welcomed the positions of the Kingdom of Morocco, under the leadership of King Mohammed VI, supporting the rights of the Palestinian people to the establishment of an independent state with Al Quds as its capital.
El Habach told MAP that the position expressed today by Morocco regarding the current escalation in the Gaza Strip "is in line with the international orientation rejecting aggression and supporting the rights of the Palestinian people."
"This position also constitutes moral and political support for the leadership and people in Palestine and their determination to establish an independent state, preserve the rights of the Palestinian people, and put an end to the recurrent aggressions targeting them," he added.
"We appreciate all Arab positions denouncing this aggression and supporting the right of the Palestinian people, and we call for an end to this war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Al-Quds," he stressed.
