Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, has underlined the strategic nature of his country's relations with Morocco, noting that the upcoming High-Level Meeting will further consolidate the strong partnership between the two countries.
"Morocco is of paramount importance for the interests of Spain," Sanchez said Monday at the 4th Conference of Spanish Ambassadors accredited abroad.
The Spanish official stressed in this regard that the next High Level Meeting between the two countries, scheduled for next February, will be an opportunity to give new impetus to bilateral relations.
After emphasizing the importance of strengthening the partnership and relations with the Maghreb countries, Sanchez said that "Spain must contribute to the stability of the Maghreb". "The stability and prosperity of the Maghreb will be good for Europe and the world," he explained.
