In an article titled Morocco: The New Silicon Valley, the specialized magazine wrote, "With increasing investments in the startup sector, a young and qualified workforce, and support for innovation, Morocco is positioning itself as the 'Silicon Valley of the future.'"

The magazine emphasized the factors driving this technological dynamism and the opportunities Morocco offers entrepreneurs, noting that the Kingdom boasts a rapidly expanding startup ecosystem.

In this context, the publication showcased successful examples of innovative Moroccan startups and their impact on the national economy. It also praised the quality of the national education system, which "produces the talent and skills needed for the digital economy."

The report added that Morocco has also implemented a series of reforms to create a favorable environment for investment, particularly foreign investment, and to strengthen its technological ecosystem.

The magazine pointed to tax incentives for tech companies and the availability of technological infrastructure, such as internet connectivity and data centers.
