About one third of Moroccans would like to move to a new job in 2022, according to a study published by the Sunergia Group.
Thus, about 32% of working people interviewed said they wanted a new job, says the study.
"The young people interviewed seem to be more concerned by this trend. Thus, 44% of 18-24 year olds said they wanted to change jobs against only 22% of 45-54 year olds," the same study notes.
"Several reasons may motivate a change of job among Moroccans in 2022, changing expectations, a loss of motivation or a lack of prospects for development," explains the study.
In any case, more than 6 out of 10 executives have already considered a career change, this is the main conclusion of a study conducted by Rekrute, published in 2021, recalls the same source.
