In recent times, there have been significant difficulties in obtaining Schengen visas in Turkey, and now there has been an increase in the fees for tourist visas. The decision by the European Commission to raise the prices of Schengen visas by 12% for the 29 European countries that have visa-free entry has now been implemented.

Getting a Schengen visa, which has been a source of great difficulty in terms of visa appointments and rejections, will now become even more challenging. The fees for Schengen visas have been increased by 12%. From today onwards, the 12% increased price tariff will be applied to Schengen visa applications.

12% Increase:

The European Commission recently decided to raise the prices of Schengen visas by 12% for the 29 European countries that have visa-free entry. These new increased prices will be applicable worldwide from today onwards.

Last week, the Schengen visa, which was priced at 80 euros, has now increased to 90 euros for adults. For children aged between 6-12, the price has increased from 40 euros to 45 euros.
